This is a true story of how the Heavenly Father proved to Christi at a very young age that “a father of the fatherless is God.” This actual event was life changing for Christi because she learned that she could depend on her Heavenly Father to meet her needs even when her earthly father had walked away. Since that day, Christi has looked to Him for everything. The relationship she formed with Him at that young age has resulted in a lifetime of love and safety. Christ’s prayer for all the little ones who read this story is that they develop a pure trust in the Lord knowing that He loves them, cares for them, and hears them when they pray.
