They have little use or appreciation for one another until a fire sweeps the land and destroys all the food on the plain. It is then, that their unique gifts help them to survive... The elephant uses his memory to recall where they may find food. The giraffe uses his long neck and excellent eyesight to spot the location. But they need the tiny mouse to help them get the food. This story has been dramatized by the Rainbow Puppets and presented in schools across the country to share the importance of getting along. Originally commissioned by the Holocaust Commission to teach unity... it has now been seen in other countries including Africa and Ireland. Now it s available as a colorful storybook to read again and again.
