About the Author: Grace Livingston Hill was a popular Christian fiction author of the early 20th century. Born in Wellsville, New York, she began writing at a young age and published her first novel, "The Enchanted Barn," in 1907. Over the course of her career, she wrote over 100 novels and novellas, many of which were best-sellers and continue to be popular today. Hill's novels typically featured strong, independent female protagonists and dealt with themes of love, family, forgiveness, and redemption.
