The music is rousing, and the class members are so fit you'll just want to stare at them.\nTape 1 gives a 30-minute introduction, which is anything but easy. Blanks frequently stops the workout to teach the technique of a move, then you drill the move over and over, first without the bag, then with it. Tape 2 goes faster, presuming that you've already mastered Tape 1, and includes more moves. Blanks is an excellent instructor, clear and motivating.
