Let me ask you this: Is it important for your children take notes in Middle and High School? Do they go to their English or Science class and just sit and listen? Or course not. I can’t even imagine getting through any high school or college class without taking notes. It’s a part of learning.Why should sermons be any different? Why should my tween or teen just sit quietly or sleep during the sermon? Why should they doodle, sleep or day dream during the sermon? I am always amazed at how much my children understand from the sermon when they have something on their level to use to take notes in. This sermon notebook can help your tween or teen stay attentive, understand and remember more of the sermon. In this sermon notebook there are different pages for organizing their sermon notes and applying the sermon to their lives. There are also sections in the back of the book for taking notes from missionary visits and special pages for all major holidays where your church may have a special service.
